Pipka’s Original Almond Cake recipe book is a little handmade cakelet book filled with dozens of variations of my Original Almond Cake recipe as well as ephemera, vintage recipe pages, photos and envelopes to hold your own treasured recipe.

The popularity of my cakelet book can be summed up in a few words: the recipes are delicious and the book is a little piece of art.

To date, we have hand made 3256 Cakelet books. That means we have a made 3256 envelopes, punched out 3256 heart tags, glued on 3256 “made with love” words, copied 131,200 colored copies on our copy machine and devoted 8,162 hours of loving labor to make these books. But who’s counting.
