EAT CAKE: You only need 7 ingredients to make my Original Almond Cake. It takes 1 bowl, and 42 minutes in the oven to bake a perfect delicious cake that EVERYBODY LOVES (unless you're 4 years old and prefer Mac 'n Cheese). Freeze the cake up to 4 months. Just wrap in plastic wrap, then tin foil, and it will be perfect when it's time to eat or SHARE. I freeze all my cakes. It seems to meld all the flavors together beautifully and I love having a cake on hand in case I need to SHARE it with someone.
