Why does baking make me so happy?

Baking engages all my senses including taste, touch, and smell, plus making a beautiful presentation brings out the best in my creativity.

When I’m baking, I feel like I have purpose, especially when I am baking for others. I used to bake for my store and then for a local Farmer’s Market which lead me to meet wonderful people and helped to add a little something to their day!
