April In Paris Poster

It’s a dream come true to spend April in Paris. Trees everywhere are filled with pink cherry blossoms, the gardens are waking to spring, the city is washed with morning showers and the aroma of fresh baked baguettes fills the air. Everywhere there is a freshness and anticipation for the coming season. I’m so inspired by my trips to Paris that I made a collage of Paris’ iconic image, the Eiffel Tower, using old maps, stamps, ephemera  and 1940’s wallpaper samples found while browsing Paris flea markets. Creating a collage or journal of a trip you love brings back so many memories and  stays with you forever.
