My hand painted flower pot is covered in one of my favorite flowers, daisies. It is a timeless design and pretty planted with herbs or any low maintenance plant. A graceful folk art border and forget-me-not flowers scattered in with the daisies complete the fresh look and is sure to look beautiful in any room filled with sunshine. I started painting daisies 45 years ago and am still enchanted by their happy faces.

This is a terracotta flower pot that I have base painted, decorated and varnished. It is 8 1/2" in diameter. It has a drainage hole on the bottom. It would look nice with a clear plastic tray so as not to detract from the design. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and it will develop a patina and weathered look outdoors.
